An archaeological and ethno-historical presentation of the evidence of the Chinese miners and their mining camp on Idaho's Snake River at the Mon-Tung site. The site is located about a half-mile below the cataract of the Twin Falls on the north side of the river. During the summer of 1989, an archaeological excavation took place at the site and recovered an impressive amount of information and artifacts dating to the 1870s. Includes 11-page list of references.
