Includes the calligraphy-art poster ''A Rainbow Garden of Herbs'' illustrated by Tim Girvin (in pocket at rear). Poster is in fine condition, 22 x 32 inches. Issue 7 features the stunning black & white photography of Don Worth (15 pages of images an an article by David Featherstone), the floral paintings of Sally Haley, and some color photography by Jeff Laser.
Only seven issues of Oregon Rainbow were produced. In 1977 it was recognized for its excellence, receiving the prestigious Gold Cube award from the Art Directors Club of New York. Portland Mayor Neil Goldschmidt was the magazine's first paid subscriber.
