There is a laid-in printed portrait of Samuel Althouse and a tipped-in illustration showing the portraits of Christian and Magdalina.
This slim volume is heavily hand-annotated. It primarily presents names and relationships, with very few dates or locations. The chart was prepared by Alvin Otto Althouse of Sycamore, Ohio, and published around the time of the twenty-seventh annual Althouse family reunion, which was held at Harrison Smith Park in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on August 5, 1934.
