A collection of historical information about the Willamette Heights neighborhood of NW Portland, Oregon, put together for the Willamette Heights centennial celebration in 1991 and updated for this edition in 2009. Features many detailed interviews with residents, historical accounts, topical articles, newspaper clippings, old photographs, and a couple maps.

About a third of the volume is an inventory of the neighborhood's houses: those located on Aspen, Franklin Court, Savier, Thurman, Vaughn, and Wilson streets, and those on 31st, 32nd, 33rd, and 34th avenues. Those listed include (when available): street address and pre-1930 address, date built, original owner, city block & lot number, and a list of former residents with approximate dates (updated through 2008). Some are provided with a few additional comments.
