Description: Red cloth spine with black lettering; gray papered boards pictorially stamped in black with a color paste-on illustration showing Thomas Cat and a couple scrambling Mousiekins. The endpapers are two-tone illustrated and show a dancing circle of characters from children's stories. Previous owner's name penciled on endpapers; name and address penciled on verso of ffep, otherwise pages are generally clean; a few folded corners. Illustrated with 29 color plates, including frontispiece. pp. 62, [2], plus [4] ads. No statement of publication date, likely circa 1920. One of the volumes in Altemus' Little Bunnie Bunniekin Series. Three copies located on OCLC.
Illustrated by Margaret Campbell Hoopes (1893-1956). Hoopes had studied at the Philadelphia School of Industrial Arts and, along with her sister Florence J. Hoopes, was a freelance artist in that city, the two of them specializing in illustrating children's books.
