Volume II features the bulk of Hancock's Genealogical Register (from surname Emerson to conclusion) of this two-volume set, plus an addendum of late-added names. It also includes the Index to the first volume. The appendix provides notes on the Great Storm of March 1888, a list of taxpayers in 1786, and a list of legal voters in 1889.
The original owner, whose signature appears at the front, was Lizzie Clark Washburn (1868-1941), the granddaughter of Reuben Washburn (b. 1821, Hancock). She is found on page 967, and a small correction is penned on the previous page on Reuben's entry.
