Ranjit Malhotra has consistently commissioned expert reports on Indian family law issues in English Courts other foreign jurisdictions, renders expert analysis and testimony for family law and immigration cases, advises foreign lawyers, conducts trust and probate litigation and diverse voluminous international family law work. Since 2005, he has also been actively and regularly involved in organizing seminars on family law issues in the international perspective, at the India International Centre, New Delhi under the aegis of Mr. Soli Sorabjee, distinguished former Attorney General of India. He has also been lecturing regularly on International family law issues primarily on international child removal/surrogacy at premier National Law Schools/ Universities in India.
