Covers show a bit of edge-wear and have a few short closed tears. Two pages have short handwritten notations; some very minor scattered soiling throughout. [71] single-sided pages. 8.5 x 5.5. No copies located in WorldCat institutions.

Lacks a statement of publication date, but might correspond with the article in the Nov 28, 1973 issue of The Bulletin (Bend, Oregon) newspaper, which indicates that the Needles & Pines Extension Unit had published a cookbook which they would be offering at their annual Christmas Bazaar on December 1st. One of the handwritten notations is dated 1976.
