Autobiography of William F. Morse (1899-1988), a longtime Christian minister in Oregon and the founder of the Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp on the Oregon Coast. Morse's story begins in Springfield, Illinois, where he was born, and follows his days growing up on the West Coast, through his time with the Medical Corps during the First World War (including the Flu Epidemic of 1918), marriage and family life, his education at Eugene Bible College, and his varied ministry and pastorates in Newberg, Rockaway Beach, Garibaldi, Amity and Seaside, and the establishment of the Wi-Ne-Ma Camp. Morse paints a vivid and detailed picture of life on the west coast and Oregon through the years of the first half of the twentieth century (and some beyond).
