(The New West in this volume are the Rocky Mountain states of Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Montana.)
Edward Payson Tenney (1835-1916) was a Congregational minister, author, and the President of Colorado College from 1877 to 1884.
