The autobiography of Evangeline Smith Adams (1868-1932), a nationally known American astrologer and author who was based in New York City. For several years she employed Aleister Crowley to ghost write her astrology books and is also acknowledged to have contributed to Crowley's work, The General Practice of Astrology. She ran an astrological consulting business in New York City for many years and was arrested three time for fortune telling between 1911 and 1923.
