Description: Circa 1898. Italian-American family photo from Portland, Oregon. Luigi and Giovanna were both born in Italy and emigrated in 1884 and 1894, respectively. Luigi "Louis" Curletto (1858-1926). Giovanna "Jennie" Curletto, nee DeBenedetti (1873-1931). Mary Lena Curletto (1895-1953). Married John Rossetto. Emma (1897-1969). Married Arne Anselm Aho. Produced by the Browning Photographic Studio in Portland, Oregon (167 1/2 First St., between Morrison and Yamhill).
Condition: Very Good; The photograph is 6 x 8.25 and the mounting board is 10 x 12 inches. Photograph shows light scuffs and a couple small spots of discoloration (seen around the standing girl's dress' bottom hem and boot). Light wear to corners of mounting board. Names written on backside.
